Orphaned media

Hey peeps.
I am struggling to remove orphaned media of tables which aren't installed anymore.

Any tips on how to proceed? With pup packs reaching 1Gb and media video's at 4k getting pretty big it is starting to grow.
Going over it manually seems pretty horrific.


Nailbuster once mentioned a user who made a tool for this specific issue posted on FB.
Since I don't have FB I never could find it.
