image is reversed

little problem that I have never encountered. the image is reversed between panel 1 and 2

I think the picture is not reversed but the rows are shifted, which means it is not syncing correctly. Could be a missing or bad signal from the WPC DMD controller board.

the person is changing the dot matrix card and the cord on wednesday.

ultimately the problem was with the cpu.

 really weird.

 but it's settled.
