Problem with Pin2dmd XL

Good Morning. I am trying to install a Pin2dmd XL, but it is impossible. I have tried 3 different Pinballs, and in all of them the same answer: after the Pin2dmd Logo appears, the screen appears black, without entering the game graphics. The display is with its activation file and has been updated to version 3.18. The pal and fsq files have been set for Batman Forever and I can't get it to work; only black screen. Can you help me? Thank you.
