Device Activation Failed

I received today my activation code its name match exactly

My system is windows10 64bits home version, just installed

The board is the last version Nucleo .... with last firmware and so on

With Pin2dmd.exe => Device activation failed

With 64bit version with the menu activate => Device activation failed

Connection USB seem ok I can see it 

I searched on pin2dmd.com but I don't see what I forget

Is it possible to test the connection between Pin2dmd.exe and the board before activation ?

Thank you very much Lucky1

Now it's ok, yes I connected to the wrong connector

I replaced my PINDMD2 by this PIN2DMD and now it's an other world !!
