Upgrading Ultrapin Plunger

Good morning everyone,

Need a bit of help or advice.  I am fully upgrading an Ultrapin and adding new monitors and a PC.  Knowing the plunger is a bit unique, can I hook this up to a KLZ board or is there any recommendations?
