PIN2DMD Not working right driver problem?

When i try to load the driver i dont have pin2dmd device.  It is connected to USB 2.0 and is not working with vpx. What im doing wrong? I was thinking was a driver problem but i dont see the device pin2dmd. What i need to make it to work with vpx?
