I created an account but did not receive the validation email and now I'm getting "Sorry, there is a problem,  Your account does not require validation, Error code: 2S129/4"

Can you delete those accounts (2borg@outlook.pt and 2borg@inovanet.pt) so I can change this one to the correct email adresses?

I do not show any registered accounts using those email addresses... It's possible the system deleted them as it will detect multiple accounts that use the same IP address and will delete/ban the users.
