How to Adjust Ball or Change Ball

I have a VPX game Cyclone and the ball just glows takes away from a great game  I need to dim the ball brightness down or change ball  , I see where to change the ball in settings but not sure where to get them , the one I downloaded did not work, I uploaded a picture of it on the plunger with a yellow halo around it and one on the flipper that is like a white light not a ball  thanks for any help

I found how to fix it  Dial down table reflection to .1 and the ball does not glow  anymore thanks  anyway

Thanks, I was needing this too! It's actually called "Reflection of Playfield", which can be set to a much lower value, like 1 or .1. It was originally 100, which made the ball look like it was glowing.
