Egon Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Hi, I understand that I need to create an account @ http://configtool.vpuniverse.com It seems straight forward: hit 'create account', fill-in the form, use the "create account" button. But: - After that the form just clears. No further response. - I can't use the username and password to login => login invalid - I do not receive a confimation by email - Tried a windows PC and a Mac, firefox, edge and safari, 3 different usernames and email addresses. Very dissapointing... Is there a guest account I can use ? Kind regards, Egon.
Egon Posted February 17, 2020 Author Posted February 17, 2020 OK, thanks for the support, I figured it out: The configurator seems to discard my domain, so my email addresses where not accepted. It needs to end with .com not .eu ?
