Anybody heard of these they run winxp ,what i want to know can i upgrade them with new motherboard and windows and use all the other gear thats in there.

Don't bother - if the PC is running XP that's a fairly good indication that it is running ancient/underpowered hardware.

You're bound to find better quality and value if you look locally - where are you located?

actually this guy brought it off a friend, who got it overseas.i think its has led lights for second monitor, he wants 650 for it. i thought a cheap cab if its convertable to upgrade.i think its got a ssd drive ,i need to have a better look.
