Unsure on Pull Program setup

I have downloaded the two "ledcontrol_pull" files and saved them in my DirectOutput folder.  I have added my API key to the bat file.  The next step is where I'm unsure.  The directions say to set the LCP_VPTABLEPATH to where my VP tables are stored.  Not sure that makes sense for me.  In my VP Tables folder I have all my tables and a folder called "plugins" inside that I have a shortcut to my DirectOutput folder.  So should I make the LCP_VPTABLEPATH the path to my DirectOutput folder instead?  And to piggyback on that question inside my DirectOutput folder I have a "config" folder where I save my directoutputconfig file.  This also contains a file named "tablemappings".  I assumed "tablemappings" is the file that the pull program updates?  Am I wrong?  What should I do?

Also I want to run the pull program from my Startup folder.  Which file do I put in the startup folder?
