stuck flippers and invalid calle. error in VPX?

it's been a while since i used visual pinball my cabinet has just been sitting idle for quite some time i finally got the time to upgrade it

so today i put in my new evga 1060 today vpx seems to run fine except before each start this error appears on the backglass monitor

also on every table the flippers are acting weird sometimes they won't trigger and sometimes they get stuck!

i'm using vp x10.5 no beta and VPinMAME31 with B2S Backglass Server 1.3.0.3
