Forgot my password on DOF Config Tool

Hello the Community,

i have a problem with http://configtool.vpuniverse.com

I have forgotten my password and i try to reset it, but i dont receive the mail with the temporary password.

 when i try to log my account( try to remenber my password) , he say account desactivate.

It's possible to help me ?

(i will  recover my port assignement .ini  to configure my new DOF install  because  i don't remenber my output ledwizz config)

Been having the same problem. Been trying for 5 days. Can’t get the app to work without the password to the site and the site won’t accept my universe password…

I also have this exact problem. I never receive the reset password email. This wouldn't be so bad if there was an easy way to reupload my port assignment.  Can anyone help me with this?
