PIN2DMD serial problem

Hi,

 

I've got 2 PIN2DMD on my real pinball and both of them sometimes said they want a key... They have it on sd card but they don't see it.

Have you got any idea to fix this problem? When I playing it's really disturbing to lost the DMD... The only way is to stop (electrical) and restar the pinball.
