nbcrew Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Hello I use VPX on a rotated TV in Fullscreenmode. I have only one screen for playfield and dmd display. Is it possible to use the color roms? I tried the correctly patched acd_168hc file instead of acd_168h with the ACDC table but the dmd is shown orange/black like usually.
Thalamus Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 You need dmdext from freezy and then in pinmame, set up use ext dll and tick 4 colors + the correctly patched rom. Please search the forum. It has been explained several times already and I don't have time to find it for you right now.
nbcrew Posted October 23, 2017 Author Posted October 23, 2017 thank you but i can't find any explaination how to do it. i got dmdext 1.6 now. dlls are included. do i need to install .net frame and visual studio... or is that needed when you use a "real" dmd?
