Rom slow down issue

Im trying to get everything setup so far when i run Stern  tables MT... ST.. WD... on Pinmame the rom and table will play fine for the 1st ball then i the rom starts to low down causing the slow table animations the DMD also flickers!.... Im running PinDMD2 also on LED i tried turning it off. i still get the same results. Ive tired running 2.8 and 2.9.

Any help would be awesome.

Is this with regards to the Gottlieb System 3 slow down using DMDExt? Or is this some other slowdown issue?

This sounds to me like something else. Gbeef didn't tell us if he is using the latest dmdext ( 2.5.1 ) or not. I've seen many resolve their problems by switch to this version. But, obviously, these tables will then start to act up.
