VP closes at "Starting Game Scripts..." need some help

Its been awhile since i used my cab so I download new table and updated vpx and vpm and SAM 

Now everytime i load a game it will get to "Starting Game Scripts..." VP will just close down but if I select file-new the default table it will load so i figured something to do with vpm 

I uninstalled everthing and download vpx aio and vpx 10.3.1 and vpm2.9 and sam29 and reinstalled

im running widows 10 64

vp located in C;\visual pinball

all scripts are in scripts folder 

when installing vpm I ran setup and after sam I ran setup again 

any help would be appreciated I'm lost as far what to look at next

Do you have any anti-virus program installed ? Try turn off windows defender. Redo the install ( run uninstaller first ). You sound to have done this correctly, so. From the top of my head, I don't think you need a new vpm if you run aio from 10.3. Good luck.

windows defender always off

i did uninstall and reinstalled but same thing
