a really weird discovery with 3rd rgb output no 5volt only hub75 in

to me this means the output of the end of the panel should need some type of tappng off as it seems to be open circuit but a good gnd use for pin 4 also see the register shift as white is ok but green and red seem to be one line out of place

and i know ya its useless for duel display support
