Brand new to this virtual world. I purchased VP Cabs unit and want to know how to upload the tables I download from here to my machine. Does it go through the game manager? Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Yes the game manager is used to add tables. I think vpcabs site has a step by step guide under FAQ pages. Look there but tables and backglass go In Tables folder in zipped roms go in vpinmame roms folder then just add them to game manager
