Stern table no credits / won't start

When I try to play AC/DC or Metallica everything loads as it should but when I try to add credits to start the table they do not register.  I also when into the service menu and tried setting them to free play, but they still will not start. Any ideas?

What key did you use ? 5 ?

I've tried 3,4,5,6 for credits and I've tried setting it on free play. The best I can tell is that 1 is working for start
