LOTR VPX Left Flipper stuck when machine starts

Hello!  I'm having an odd issue that I can't seem to figure out.  All of a sudden the left flipper of my LOTR table shoots into the up position when I hit start on the table.  It's the only table out of my collection that seems to be doing this.  I tried it with all my LOTR vpx versions and it seems to be happening with all of them.  When I hit "END" to go into the factory settings the cursor moves rapidly to the left on it's own as if the button is being held down.  Any thoughts?  I haven't changed any table settings as far as I know-- and the table was working last week perfectly.

Try to delete or rename the nvram file - see if that changes things.
