Vpx lag and audio echo/stutter

I've seen many of posts with people with this issue. Anyone have any input. I've got trouble with some tables on Vpx. Tables like TWD and mustang are in playable. Once the ball hits the field it moves fine but there's a flipper lag and audio is repeating itself in slow motion. Is it a performance thing?

We've got a slightly dated A10 3.75ghz

Gtx770 4gb

8gb ram

Older i7 2600 with a 670 it plays perfect. Why on this machine can this not run it?
