New earth tag from shield with out power pack earth

Thus is a new way off powering panels from sheild earth on the pin of the stm32 discovery do ee need to use all earths from the hub75 cable 

Or i added on shield with a pin to add a earth to it from power pack it also prove that the - earth  on the iec cable is giving a stable gnd

I was still powering the stm32 mobo by the normal way for vpinball
