Some thing strange about the p4 and other panels 2 capictors on some designs

Hi on this panel there is 2 capacitors on the input but not ln the output could they be shorting voltage back to ic drivers when the dasiy chain being used

I was thinking when pinballsp said about inpendance issues would removing 2 caps and unsolidering the cure the.bleeding issue ?

As i was looking and wondered why less capacitors may be for smoothing voltage or are they charging and discharging

On other types same ic chips but 4 capictors on the panels below

On p3 these is 4 capictors 

This p4 has 4 capacitors 

One capaticators one these p4 size and 3 on the above
