Failed Download Needs Authorization

Hi, 

 

Just joined the site today with a valid email address, but every time I try to download a file I get the message, Needs authorization.

 

I didn't receive a email confirmation when I joined, and I'm not sure if I even should have receive one.

just tried Edge and it worked fine, I must have a chrome problem.
