AMH crashed today and when exiting, the dmd still show the AMH display. But the access to the dmd was blocked, so no new table could be started without "no access to pin2dmd" showed up.

Solution was to unplug the usb cable and connecting again, or to reboot the computer.

 

Anybody else having this problem, or was it just one time thing?

Update XDMD and UltraDMD. There was an issue with older versions that it didn´t exit correctly if I remember right.
