Ac/dc Stern 2012 Crashing Vp

I'm trying to get AC/DC Physmod5 up and running.  For some reason its crashing VP (Physmod5) exe when I run the table.

 

I've tried:

- using rev b (current being rev c)

- using VP9.9.1 instead of physmod 5 exe

 

I can:

- open the table

- edit the script

- run other physmod5 and non-physmod Stern tables in VP9 and VpX just fine

 

I have:

- latest scripts

- SAM and apprpriate VpinMAME dll

 

This is the only table I've ever seen do this.  Any suggestions welcome.

Now functioning - not really sure why (which is worrying), I think I'll just have to put it down to MS Windows for now.
