What are people using for chime? A solenoid hitting a metaltube?

Bell = Old doorbell or what?

Not built yet but I have chimes from a Gottlieb system 1, and a 5" bell with basically a knocker inside from something older. Bought both on eBay, both work well with 24 volts.

Found an really old telephone (ericsson) in my scaproom, the old type you call by rotating a handle (no number dial) ;) It has 2 bells with different tones, i'll see if i can use them.
