Sound Hickups

Hi all,

 

when playing for example newer tables like Avengers or Avatar sound seems to have hickups. Is this due to the machine I'm playing it on (intel core 2 quad Q8200 2.33 GHz) or could you think of a different reason.

 

Wonder anyway if my computer has enough "power" for VP and/or PinballX, what's your idea on this?
