Americas Most Haunted Cant Get The Backglass To Launch

Guys I need help with getting the backglass to launch in Americas Most haunted, the tables plays great and the DMD launched and works great, music is there, I created a Text file named LMEMDOFtables I opened it up and put a 2 in it then saved it, moved it into my tables folder, I opened DOFconfig and created my table and save it. When I launch the game in VP 10 im still not getting a backglass or lighting/feedback. What am I missing?

Ya I tried that too and it didn't start as well. I just redownloaded the table and backglass and still the same result. Weird.
