Guys New Install In Cabinet After Switching To Windows 7 Whats The Proper Install Order.

Having trouble getting everything setup properly after switching from XP64 to windows 7 64 bit Ultimate, the thing was jacked up so im starting from scratch and want to ensure im installing everything in the proper order. So windows, Video card drivers, Sound card drivers are all upto date. Im running 1 970GTX to power all 3 monitors, I have the Playfield set as 1, backglass 2 and Dmd 3 and that's where im at. So first Download VP 10 full install, register b2s server with the monitor resolutions, do I need to download Vpin Mame Cabinet Build or just Download VPinmame Sam?, then setup Paths in vpinmame, drag and drop over my Roms, drag and drop over my tables and backglasses then Test. After that then install DOF and download my table settings. Also do I need to run this in compatibility mode or run as Admin?
