Take Vp X Game Off "free Play"? (For Example, Demolition Man)

Some great new tables coming out for VPX.  For example, Demolition Man is outstanding.  But is there a way to take the table off "free play"?  Would this require a script modification, or can I make an adjustment via the rom settings?
