O.K. that is a old board from pinballSP. I never had one of those and schematics are not public. As far as I know you need to change the DIP called boot and then reset / power cycle to put it into DFU mode.

If the device name is STM32 BOOTDEVICE you need to install the driver from the DFUSE folder.
