bare bone booster old model zebboards question

Hi all, after building my cabinet 15 years ago i forgot how the bare bone booster works its a old model 15 years back in time from zebsboards picture attached, i now want to connect a attwood 4000 fan to my cabinet, the bare bone booster can handle the 2.5a from the fan strait from the booster and switch by my pacled64 or do i need a relay? does somebody have a diagram or manual from the old bare bone booster board i can't find anything about it on the internet!?
