DOF only working for newer Tables when i start a older Table before

I have a strange issue:

When i start Visual Pinball X (10.8 no matter 32 or 64 Bit) and open a older table with b2s file (Leprechaun King) DOF is working normally (LEDs, shaker...). When i quit the table and open a newer table like Darkest Dungeon also everything is working.

 

When i do the opposite, start Visual Pinball and load Darkest Dungeon at first no DOF outputs or leds are working. When i quit the table and open Leprechaun King also no DOF and leds.

 

I cant find the error, also reinstalled the pc. Strange thing is i also built the same cab for my friend and he has exactly the same problem.
