New Install - RetroFlair playfield is not visible

Good morning.  I just did a brand new install on a clean machine using the awesome tutorial by Nailbuster.  The Leprechaun table wrks perfectly.  The Retro Flair table is having some issues.  I have a 3 screen cabinet set-up and followed the directions exactly.  When I try to load the RetroFlair table, the backglass and DMD load perfectly.  However, when the playfield loads, I get a brief flash of the screen but it immediately switches to the desktop screen and there is no way to get out of it.  I have to restart the computer to get out of the glitch.  Anyhelp out there>
