Pin2dmd evoboard 128x36 Stop Working

Hi everybody,

Title says it all, i have a Pin2dmd evoboard 128x36 that Stop Working. It just freezes as it starts. Colors are the the same if i change the brand.

I had reinstalled firmware with no success. Had changed the led panels.

Any idea, opinion?

Run the input test as described on pin2dmd.com.

Additionally check the circuit around the LS123
