Is anyone working on Stern Harley Davidson?

I am constantly being approached by people looking for this title, and they made a bunch of these back in the day. Is there a particular reason anyone hasn't taken this on? I wish I had a modicum of artistic ability but I even failed at stick figures..

 

Anyway for the color authors considering a new project, that one would be popular - just one man''s opinion.

The Sega version is available, due to small differences only there's probably hardly any sense doing this as a full table release (maybe a patch for the Sega one)
