Help with pup packs not loading

Last year my puppacks worked fine loading from vpx not popper. lately the tables load with no video. yesterday I finally got everything to work, but do not know what I did. Today when I turned on my pin cabinet no videos again so how can I get them back?  It must be an easy fix since they worked yesterday but not today.
