Hi all,

I am creating a pin2DMD project for my game which is a retheme (real pin) of FG/Shrek, and i am using the DMD output dump from a real Family Guy machine.

I have read what i can find about how to use pin2DMD editor - like this tutorial https://ww w.youtube.com/watch?v=cMyt5doiiAE (i added a space so it didn't auto-embed here taking up the whole screen)

and these written instructions: https://pin2dmd.com/

.... what i cannot find is any detailed info on how to add an image, or replace an image. I discovered that i must take my image (jpg or png) and rescale it to 132x28 pixels, so i tried that (although i didn't find any very good software to be honest); and i learned that i must then export to a gif file. But then what? Do i CTRL-V it over a frame, with the dump file highlighted? or the scene highlighted? or even the keyframe (3rd  column) highlighted? Do i use CTRL-R? Do i use edit>paste, or edit>paste scale, or edit>paste over?

i have tried all of the above with zero success.

Please help me!

many thanks

Daniel
