(Edit after solved: It was me not getting the right rom and then being a little over enthusiastic editing button mapping files.)

Hi. I'm having trouble with the cannon in AC/DC and I'm not sure where I should continue my debugging.

I'm running Vpinball (10.?) Standalone in Batocera 42.

I have a Dragonrise USB decoder.

My preferred solution is to have the LockBarKey mapped to key code 289. Second best for this table but probably best overall would be to map my "extra flippers" to magna L/R so that problem doesn't come back at me later on..

I'm only about a week into VPinball this so please correct me if it seem I have misunderstood something.

First I tried to map my "extra flippers" (magna save) to L2 and R2 in Controller and Bluetooth settings in Batocera/EmulationStartion. That made the magna buttons work as standard flipper buttons, but the right one did not fire the cannon.

Then I created an ini file for the game with values from evtest:

    RMagnaSave = 293
    LMagnaSave = 292
    LockbarKey = 289

... hoping that the LockbarKey would do the trick.

Lastly I changed the vbs as per the authors instruction so that the plunger should fire the cannon, but it doesn't.

The table is ACDC LUCI (Stern 2013) VPW Mod version 1.13

I'd like it to fire with the LockbarKey.

... and now I discovered that there is a support thread on the table pages :)  I'll see what I can find there too.
