Playfield screenshots as app backgrounds: permission/licensing question

I’m working on a pinball related app and wanted to ask the community for guidance before making any assumptions about asset usage.
 

The app would use pinball playfield images as background/reference images. While looking for good quality playfield images I noticed that VPUniverse table pages and screenshots often have some of the clearest images available of pinball machines.

What is the general etiquette or permission process around using VPUniverse table/playfield screenshots or extracted playfield images in a separate app?
 

Just trying to understand what is acceptable and respectful from the community’s perspective. Thanks!

Nope it'll be free. It'll have a completely optional patreon to just support development efforts but otherwise it'll be totally free to use
