Curious about A.G. Soccer-Ball - is anyone working on a VPX remake?

Hi everyone,

I'm a relatively new VPX player. I've already collected many classic tables, and recently I discovered an Alvin G. game called A.G. Soccer-Ball (also known as A.G. Football). I find it really fascinating.

I‘m from China, but I'm also very interested in the history of Western pinball. I’ve searched everywhere, but I can only find an old and incomplete VP9 version. I haven‘t been able to find a proper VPX remake yet.

Currently, four of Alvin G.'s best games have already been remade in VPX:

Al's Garage Band Goes on a World Tour

Mystery Castle

Pistol Poker

Punchy the Clown

Only A.G. Soccer-Ball is missing. Its head-to-head, no-pop-bumper design is truly unique.

I was wondering, does anyone know if someone is currently working on it? Even just a small WIP update would be great. I would really love to see this table fully revived in VPX one day.

Back when vpinball was a site, randr and dark were collaborating to get this game made. A lot of the modeling was done but the site was taken down and the rest is history.

It would take very good assets and a skilled team to build this one. The flipper behaviors in particular are very unique with the wire gates.
