Hello, I'm still pretty new to VPX. Only pinball games I've played so far is Pinball Hall of Fame (Williams & Gottlieb collection - developed by Farsight Studios) for the PS2.

Is the ball supposed to travel this fast? I don't know if it's just me but the pinball travels a bit too fast for my liking. Maybe I'm just too used to playing PS2 pinball tables, but I watched 2 videos in Youtube to compare the speed of the pinball: High Speed gameplay from Pinball Arcade, and an IRL gameplay of High Speed table. I posted my gameplay here to see what I mean.

I'm also not sure why the kickback plunger isn't consistent. Sometimes it reaches past the top-right flipper. Other times it either barely touched the top flipper or not even close.

And I don't know why the camera shake is so violent when it comes to nudging. I also made sure the physics isn't overwritten by Global Physics settings.

Probably an off-topic question but I'd love to replicate the physics/gameplay from Pinball Hall of Fame into VPX: am I supposed to tweak numbers in the table's physics field to give the table a Farsight Studio's feel? Like, trial and error type of stuff? Or am I supposed to embrace VPX'S physics?

I also play with an Xbox controller if that matters.

Table is also made by chokee

Thanks in advance for the answers :]

Yes the original High Speed was infamous for its speed, as the name implies that was the point of the table's design. If you're used to slower simulations of the table now it's a good chance to come to terms with the real thing ✌🏻
