why would I be blocked from downloading at VP forums ?

I have created two different accounts yet they do not send confirmation email. yet let me log on with no ability to download files . A friend in the U.S. created an account for me it worked for one day and now i get the same message unauterized to download etc ,, why ? do they hate canadians over there ?

make sure you're not running an ad-blocker (or white-list vpuniverese.com), clear all your cookies, and try to register again, possibly with a different browser.

 Sorry, No clue and don't care.. this isn't that site.  The owner of that site has had strong animosity, putting it nicely, towards VPUniverse for the past 11 years.
