Hello all,

I have noticed that tables that have videos on the actual playfield do not show anything. So originally is was DD but now it is also effecting the Matrix. In both cases when a video is not playing the static place holder images is displayed, Matrix had the 5 point star and DD has the brown pictures on the left and right. I have 2 screens and I make sure that I select the 2 screen .bat file in both releases. I have also gone into my screen position configuration in PUP and made sure that the playfield was set correctly. Any Idea on what could be causing this? Thank you.

Additionally I have made sure that PUP is updated to 1.5.2 by running the updater.

VPX is attempting to 'mirror' the contents of a PuP-Display to place texture on playfield.  Some reasons vpx wouldn't be able to do that is if the source window is off-screen (hidden) or VLC media player is using GPU-drawing (this could happen if you installed VLC 3.x outside of pinup).    other reasons could be weird windows related like a 120hz monitor trying to grab contents from a 59.97hz monitor or grabbing from another GPU...  Its not an exact science the way windows allows/supports screen 'scraping'.

Thank you for helping out. Ok, so I went through all you suggestions and it looks like the screen is under everything on my second monitor anchored to 0,0 even though I moved the topper to the playfield screen. So I moved everything back to one screen, selected the correct option desktop.bat and now the matrix center playfield video screen is white, improvement? I have VLC installed and I disabled hardware accelerated decoding still nothing. No second GPU, and everything is on one screen to try and fix it. Any further ideas?
