I'm trying to install the new Matrix table on my 3 screen table. I can get the table to run in VPX without issue, but it won't bring up the DMD or backglass, leading me to think something is missing. The instructions for install say to run the batch file for the config I have, so I ran option 1 for 3 screens. I don't see a B2S file or DMD folder, so I'm not sure what I've done wrong or what I'm missing. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Pinupplayer is definitely installed. I've got probably 100 favorite tables that work perfectly. I'll probably just have to edit that batch file and see what it reconfigured. Maybe 3 screens doesn't assume a table but instead a computer screen?

No, 3 screens = cab use.

Which version of Pinupplayer do you have installed, 1.5 or 2.0 beta?

Did you unblock the zip after downloading? Also, are files in the folder updated when you run a bat file?

Did you run the EditThisPupPack file? If not, give it a try and put 5,0,0,100,100 in the CustomPos field for the FullDMD (5 being your FullDMD screen). Now save and try again.

Also, you can play with the 'ForceBack' setting of this screen. Change it to 'ForceOn' or 'Show' and see if that does anything. Always save after changing a setting and retry. If you mess up, just run the Option 1 - 3 Screen - FullDMD  bat file again.

Ok, so after screwing around and looking for issues, I found that PinupPlayer was out of date. Ran the updater and got that and PinupDisplay updated. I also discovered that I did not, in fact, unblock the zip file, so not all the files were where they were supposed to be. All in all, it's basically working now, except for one thing: the backglass has some glitching. There's a red static that shows up every few seconds. There's some green too, but I kinda thought that might be intentional. The red seems out of place so now I'm not so sure. Any ideas there?

EDIT: Nevermind. I ran it in the front end instead of the straight from VPX10.8 and it works perfectly now. The only think I would like to add is something for the wheel on the front end. I'm guess I will need record my own footage for the preview as well. Thanks all for the guidance!
