Wrong PUP Pack or Mixed PUP Pack with tables

I get this weird problem, but not every table just some, in that the wrong PUP pack is loaded but seems to be the same PUp pack and either the table loads its PUP pack AND the other table PUP pack so you end up with a combination of both packs

 

It seems to be The Shinning PUP table takes over and loads itself instead of the PUP pack for the table I'm loading

 

Recently had one, Blizzard of Oz PUP table loads ok BUt The Shinning PUP also loads so I get a combination of Ozzt PUP and The Shinning PUP BUT with Blizzard of Oz table playing

 

This happens on a small handfull of tables, always The Shinning PUP pack takes over the original table PUP pack and screwing it up

 

Thanks for any suggestions why its taking over the table PUP pack
