ALP 4k dedicated to OTG

Hey, curious if any ALP 4k owners have converted the inside electronics to  do OTG/PC only?  I'm guessing I would just need to get LVDS converter boards for all three monitors, supply power to them, hookup hdmi cables from the lvds boards to the pc, possibly need to replace the amplifier for the SSF add-on kit, and add a new plunger encoder/game controller encoder for the arcade stick/buttons/trackball?  I don't use the  built in tables much at all and find it annoying that I have to launch OTG mode and try to get all three monitors to work, every time I turn the machine off and on, and would really like to convert it over to a dedicated PC play only cabinet.  Has anyone done any of the research or even have already done this modification?
