VPX tables run fine outside of Pinup Popper

But when I chose a table from within Pinup Popper, it lags, not just a little, a lot. I have tried windowed and exclusive modes, runs fine outside of Pinup Popper, but badly within. Tried changing the vsync settings, no change. This is a fresh install of W10 and Baller Installer from last january, updated as of an hour ago through the menu setup program. Any help would be great, or a link to something ive missed.

EnableTrueFullScreen in the launch script under emulator options helped with my handful of tables that were acting weird via pinup popper but fine in VPX.
